    So right, I sometimes can’t believe how stressed out and anxious I used to be. After around 10 – 20 minutes a day meditating for a few months, I’ve got my life back.

    Hello, I have to say that I used to find life and the constant irritation and people always rubbed me up the wrong way, but after almost a year of yoga and meditation very few things upset me.
